Custom Airbus H125 Helicopter Interior Upgrade – Seating Project by Generation Global
Project Overview
Generation Global recently completed a custom helicopter seating project for two Airbus H125 helicopters, also known as the AS350 B3e. Our expert team supplied and installed both crew seats and rear passenger seating, combining functionality, comfort, and a premium aesthetic.

Premium Rear Passenger Seats
The H125 rear seats we installed feature a high-back design with integrated headrests and built-in seatbelt slits. These slits, located on the sides of the headrests, allow for rear wall-mounted seatbelts to be easily accessed and secured. The overall seat design is clean and modern, defined by sharp lines and bold contours.
To enhance passenger support and comfort, the seat base and lower back areas include shaped side bolsters. The covers are precision-fit and secured with Velcro, which helps maintain the seat’s defined shapes and seam lines.
Upgraded H125 Crew Seats – 198/284 Series
Generation Global supplied and fitted new 198/284 Series crew seats specifically designed for the Airbus H125 helicopter. Unlike the older one-piece designs used in the AS350 159 series, these updated crew seats feature a two-piece construction for greater versatility and comfort.
Premium Leather Seat Covers – Style Meets Function
Both the crew and rear seat covers were custom-made using Sateen Black leather. For the center inserts, we used HP-1 perforated leather to allow for better breathability and an enhanced visual appeal.
For the stitching, we used black thread to match the primary leather on all internal seams. To add a stylish touch, we incorporated red double stitching along the outer seams, creating a subtle yet striking contrast that elevates the overall interior aesthetic.
