• Generation Global will not accept charges from clients who have arranged their own rectification without getting prior approval from Generation Global to accept the charges.

1. This warranty is only valid for products purchased from Generation Global. It is explicitly limited to the original purchaser of the parts.
2. Generation Global warrants its parts to be free from defects in workmanship and materials when cared for under regular conditions for a period of 1 year. This warranty will not apply if there has been any alteration, unauthorized repair, abuse or accident.
3. This warranty does not apply to claims for abrasions, scuffs, spills, cuts, scratches, marks or abusive and excessive wear. Generation Global will not be held responsible for color dye lot variations in connection with any authorized warranty claims. The application of silicone-based products or harsh chemicals can damage and destroy the surface of your leather and will void this warranty.
4. Generation Global reserves the right to alter, modify, or discontinue products without any obligation in regards to products previously offered. To obtain repair or replacement, present warranty claim to Generation Global within the stated warranty period.
5. Any product sent to Generation Global or any other repair station for repair or replacement must be preauthorized. All warranty claims are at the discretion of Generation Global.
6. This warranty gives specific legal rights to the original purchaser. This written limited warranty is the only warranty authorized and accepted by Generation Global.
