Generation Global provided a comprehensive interior kit for an AS350 helicopter. This kit included seating, floor coverings, miscellaneous interior trims, and a customized rear bulkhead panel. The parts were supplied as a complete kit and installed by the maintenance provider. Each part comes with a Form 1 Authorised Release Certificate and approved design data, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Custom Upholstery and Design Details
The seat upholstery was crafted from Charcoal Grey (ADI-1121) aviation leather, with Titanium Grey (ADI-1231) leather used for the centre inserts, creating an elegant grey two-tone effect. The Airbus logo was embossed into the leather below the headrests of the crew seats, providing a professional touch. All stitching matched the Charcoal Grey leather, maintaining a cohesive color scheme throughout.
Custom Rear Bulkhead and Paneling
The rear wall bulkhead panel was made from high-density PE foam, computer-cut for precision, and wrapped in Matt Black synthetic leather. The custom rear bulkhead provided a prominent place for the client’s logo, which was embroidered in full color in the top and center of the panel, highly visible to passengers entering the passenger compartment. The glare shield and parcel shelf were also wrapped in Matt Black synthetic leather, with decorative Titanium Grey stitching, contributing to the sleek and professional interior design.
Floor Coverings and Additional Details
The floor coverings were made from Graphite penny matting and supplied in sheets for the maintenance provider to cut and install. This non-slip material ensures safety and durability, completing the interior’s functional design.

This client is a helicopter operator located in a rural region on New Zealand’s east coast, specializing in supporting the agricultural sector. Their services include spraying and other operations that support large-scale produce growers in the region, whose goods are exported internationally.
