Cessna T210N Turbo Centurion β Full Cabin Refurbishment
The Project
This project saw Generation Global complete a comprehensive interior refurbishment of a Cessna T210N Turbo Centurion, with the exception of the seats, which remained untouched due to their excellent condition. The refurbishment included the lower sidewalls, upper trim, headlining, floor coverings, and other key cabin elements. All work was carried out at Generation Globalβs Nelson facility under Part 145 Maintenance Approval.

Seamless Integration with Existing Seating
With the original seats retained, it was essential to create a cohesive look. The upper trim plastics were carefully wrapped in Shell-coloured synthetic leather to match the existing seat tone, ensuring visual harmony throughout the cabin. -
Sidewall Design
A striking Anthracite grey strip runs below the upper trim, complemented by aviation leather armrests stitched in a matching thread. The same materials and stitching were used on the pull handles, positioned above the armrests for added functionality and a refined finish. The lower sidewalls feature Athena mid-grey synthetic leather, adding depth and contrast to the overall scheme. -
Headlining & Visors
The headlining and sun visors were upholstered in a light fabric (F19), brightening the cabin and enhancing the sense of space. -
Control Yokes & Glare Shield
The control yokes were refinished with black perforated leather grips, which were hand-stitched to ensure both aesthetics and tactile quality. The glare shield was wrapped in Liquorice matt black synthetic leather, reducing unwanted glare and reflection during flight. -
Floor Coverings
The flooring was crafted from durable Zimmer dark grey nylon carpet, which extends partially up the lower sidewalls, blending seamlessly with the leather finishes.
This refurbishment reflects Generation Globalβs commitment to craftsmanship, comfort, and design continuity, delivering a renewed cabin that is both functional and refined.
