For the Cessna T182 Turbo Skylane interior, we selected Samt Beige Leather (ADI-4231) as the primary material, creating a cohesive and elegant design throughout the aircraft. This luxurious leather was used on the seating, side panels, and trim pieces, including the armrests and pull handles, adding a refined touch to the aircraft’s interior. The choice of a darker-colored carpet paired with a lighter ceiling created an open, airy feel, contributing to the spacious ambiance.

To refurbish the seats, we began by stripping them down to their frames. After thoroughly preparing and repainting the frames, we added new foam cushions for comfort. The final step involved applying new dress covers, made from the same Samt Beige Leather. The seat covers featured perforated inserts, providing both aesthetic appeal and functionality. A special finishing touch was the embroidered Cessna logo on the backrest of each seat, showcasing the attention to detail our team prides itself on.

The standout feature of the sidewalls wasn’t just the soft furnishings but the elegant wood detailing, which added warmth and luxury to the cabin. The wooden armrests and pull handles were carefully wrapped in Samt Beige Leather, ensuring the design was consistent and harmonious across all surfaces.

For the flooring, we chose Liberty Bark carpet, a durable and stylish choice that perfectly complements the overall aesthetic. The carpet sections along the front and side panels were bordered with black vinyl, providing a clean, polished finish. The front panel also features a transparent pocket, ideal for storing the pilot’s documents, adding both convenience and practicality.

The headlining was finished with a foam-backed beige fabric, contributing to the overall bright and welcoming interior. The headlining incorporated several plastic trim parts, including seatbelt shields and an overhead console. These plastic trims were meticulously painted to match the chalk vinyl, ensuring color consistency throughout the interior. The door draught excluders were also color-matched to the headlining and trim, completing the polished look.
