Project Scope:
Generation Global was tasked with supplying replacement seat covers for the Safran (Zodiac Aerospace) 41652002 and 41653002 model business class seats installed on CRJ-900 aircraft. The seat covers include four key components:

Premium Scottish Leather:
The seat covers were designed using a 1.0mm premium Scottish leather that has a matte finish and a haircell grain. This leather is fire retardant and fully complies with FAA airworthiness requirements, ensuring safety and durability. -
6mm Graphite Trim Foam Backing:
The leather faces are laminated to a 6mm Graphite trim foam backing, providing a smooth, uniform appearance and enhancing the overall comfort and aesthetic of the seat. -
