This comprehensive refurbishment included seat covers for crew, passenger, and flight attendant (FA) seating, all designed to match the airline's unique livery and style.

The seat covers for the Embraer ERJ 145 were carefully crafted from Black aviation leather (ADI-1091) with Red leather (ADI-3011) on the headrests, centre inserts, and bottom front edges. The design featured decorative double stitch lines horizontally on the centre inserts at intervals, enhancing both the look and feel of the seating.
The floor coverings were designed to complement the red color scheme, with a red loop pile carpet (TS-10-02722) installed throughout the cabin. The carpet is a lightweight, fire-retardant 100% wool product, measuring just 4.5 mm thick, and is patterned in red and grey. The carpet edges are bound with black serging to ensure durability and a clean finish. The carpet runs in narrow lengths along the length of the aircraft, with widths determined by the spacing between the seat tracks.
The Client: Embraer Aircraft Operator
This project was managed by an MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) company on behalf of the client. The refurbishment was completed while the aircraft was undergoing heavy maintenance in Melbourne. The client already operates a fleet of Embraer aircraft, and this refurbishment was part of their ongoing commitment to maintaining high-quality, comfortable interiors.
