Pilatus PC-12 – Executive Interior Refurbishment
The Project
This project saw Generation Global perform a full executive interior refresh on a Pilatus PC-12 previously used as a medical aircraft in Australia. Now serving in a corporate charter role, the aircraft was converted back to its original executive layout. Our team completed a comprehensive refurbishment, transforming the cabin with upgraded seating, sidewalls, cabinetry, and soft furnishings to restore a luxurious, business-class experience.

Cabin Seating Configuration

The refurbished layout features four executive-style club seats, facing each other and equipped with fold-out tray tables.

These are followed by four forward-facing commuter-style seats, maximizing passenger capacity without compromising comfort.

We re-contoured the upper seat cushions to offer enhanced support and a rounded backrest appearance. Integrated headrests, fold-out footrests, and leather-wrapped armrests elevate both comfort and aesthetic.
Sidewalls & Linings

The aircraft’s lower sidewalls had sustained considerable wear during its time as a medevac aircraft. We repaired the damage and re-covered these areas in Sesame City Fabric.

The upper sidewalls and ceiling panels were wrapped in Classic Grey Ultraleather, offering a clean, modern contrast.

Armrest sections of the sidewalls were upholstered in leather to tie in with the premium seat finishes.
Cabinetry & Wood Finishes

Forward and aft bulkheads, tray tables, and airstair surrounds were resurfaced and relacquered to restore a pristine, high-gloss finish.

All wood veneer finishes—including forward storage cabinetry—were restored to like-new condition, adding a touch of refined elegance to the cabin interior.
Curtains & Soft Furnishings

New fabric curtains were installed at the cockpit divider, rear bulkhead, and luggage compartment, enhancing both privacy and overall cabin styling.
Result
The end result is a luxurious, executive-style interior that reflects the high standards expected in the corporate charter sector. With subtle color contrasts, premium materials, and thoughtful refinements throughout, this PC-12 is once again ready to deliver on performance, comfort, and professional presentation.
