This project involved a full interior upgrade for a Robinson R44 helicopter, ordered through the Generation Global online store. The New Zealand-based client, operating in the southern region of the country, selected new seat upholstery, a replacement headlining assembly, and a replacement cabin bulkhead panel—all tailored for the Robinson R44.
Helicopter Seat Upholstery:

The new seats were designed in Generation I style, known for its clean and classic aesthetic.

Upholstered in titanium grey aviation leather (ADI-1231) with matching thread, creating a cohesive and professional finish.

The center inserts featured a plain design, with subtle horizontal seam detailing standard to the Generation I seat configuration.
Replacement Headlining & Bulkhead Assembly:

The headlining kit included four ceiling segments that are directly adhered to the helicopter’s interior fuselage, ensuring a streamlined fit.

The rear bulkhead panel was supplied as a one-piece unit, covering the full width of the rear cabin wall.

The panels were finished in Geneva grey synthetic fabric (HL-108), chosen for its durability and sleek appearance.
