Meet Harley McLean, our Sales Technical/Projects expert who started in this role in June 2021, switching from an operations role which he had been working in since 2010.
Just one month in, Harley led a full interior project for Nauru Airlines’ Boeing 737's, handling everything from design consultation, seat cover design, material selection, and color choices, to reverse engineering the fabric covers and manufacturing new leather ones.
He coordinated the fit checks, Oil Burn Testing, and modification approvals, ensuring everything was ready for installation.
Since then, he’s delivered seamless, turn-key solutions for many major regional fleets globally.
