This was a fully bespoke interior, completed without the aircraft ever needing to visit our facility. Oz Choppers shipped the interior panels to us, where our team carefully wrapped each component before shipping everything back, along with newly crafted seat covers and carpet, ready for installation. It’s a great example of something not everyone realizes: you don’t need to visit us to achieve a high-end, tailored interior. Wherever you are in the world, the same approach can be applied, without compromising quality, fit, or finish.
While we naturally focus on interiors, we have to admit that the exterior of this Bell 407 is pretty exceptional. Oz Choppers is known for the way they execute every extra detail. The striking orange paintwork commands attention from miles away, while the exhaust, polished to an amber hue, is yet another detail that hasn’t been overlooked. From every angle, this helicopter makes a statement, right down to the gold plated seatbelts, fixtures and fittings internally. As a whole, it makes for an aircraft that is premium, bold and beautifully considered.
Inside, the light color palette creates a bright, open feel, making the cabin feel larger and more inviting. We were especially delighted to see the cream seats still looking brand new, three years later. It’s a common question among customers, and this helicopter proves it: light colored interiors are absolutely achievable when the right materials and craftsmanship are used. The seats feature the Bell Dragonfly logo elegantly embroidered, along with a custom quilting pattern designed with subtle design cues taken from a Ferrari interior, an exquisite detail that ties the entire vision together.
All up, this is a truly gorgeous helicopter and a perfect example of what’s possible with a bespoke approach, delivered anywhere in the world.
