Airbus H125 Crew Seat Upholstery Project
Project Overview
For this project, Generation Global manufactured aftermarket crew seat covers for an Airbus H125 helicopter. These parts were supplied with certified design data and a CASA EO for installation approval. The seats were fitted, ready for installation by the client. Interior Features and Design
The seat covers were made using aviation leather, featuring a two-tone effect with dark and light grey tones. The light grey leather used for the center inserts is Titanium (ADI-1231), while the darker grey leather used for the rest of the cover is Charcoal (ADI-1121). The decorative stitching was carefully matched to the leather color to ensure a cohesive look throughout.
One unique feature of this project is the H125 logo embossed below the headrest. This new logo was created using a steel die that was specifically made from a high-quality image of the logo. The two-part die (positive and negative) was heated and pressed into the leather, leaving a smooth indent in the grain that showcases the logo with precision.
