AS350 Helicopter Interior Kit Supply – Seaford, Australia
The Project
Generation Global supplied a comprehensive interior kit for an Australian AS350 helicopter operator. The kit included everything required for a complete interior refurbishment: new seat covers and cushions for both crew and passenger seats, cabin trim (including headlining and bulkhead), door panels and inserts, and durable floor coverings. All components were designed for easy installation and are available now on Generation Global’s online shop.
Gallery – Design & Materials
The front crew seats are the Sicma Aero one-piece design, while the rear passenger seats follow the Generation III style. Both seat types were upholstered entirely in Black aviation leather (ADI-1091) and feature silver decorative stitching. The centre inserts are perforated (SP-05) and finished with a Double Diamond quilt pattern (SA005), creating a sleek and modern interior aesthetic.
The rest of the interior trim mirrors the seat styling. The headlining, door inserts, glare shield, and paneling are wrapped in black synthetic leather (ADI-1096) and enhanced with silver stitching and embroidered placarding where required. Additional trim components, including the control boots and grab handles, were finished in matching Black leather (ADI-1091).
For the flooring, a black coin matting (MW-200) was used—chosen for its high durability and easy maintenance, making it ideal for utility and commercial helicopter operations.
The Client
The client is a helicopter maintenance provider located in Seaford, near Melbourne, Australia. With decades of experience in the aviation sector, the facility services a diverse fleet, including light helicopters and large transport category helicopters. Their team is known for high-quality maintenance work and regularly undertakes interior refurbishment and installation projects.
