In this project, Generation Global transformed the interior of an Eurocopter AS350 helicopter, providing an executive-level upgrade with custom seating, part wrapping, carpeting, and additional interior components. This luxurious interior combines functional elegance with high-end materials to create a sophisticated environment.

Sophisticated Interior Design Featuring Henna Leather
The primary theme for this Eurocopter AS350 interior is black—a classic and sleek color that’s integrated throughout the design. Key elements such as black seatbelts, floorcoverings, and plastics were wrapped using black Micro Fibre leather (ADI-1096). The black leather wraps were finished with black stitching, ensuring a seamless, sophisticated look throughout the helicopter's interior.
As the standout feature of this design, Henna leather—a rich red-brown leather—was used for all seats, infusing the interior with warmth and elegance. The Henna leather’s luxurious hue provides a striking contrast against the black elements, elevating the overall aesthetic.
Custom Gen III and Gen IV Seating
The two crew seats in this Eurocopter AS350 are designed in the Gen III style, which is known for both comfort and ergonomic support. The seat cushions are secured with Velcro, allowing for easy attachment to the crew seat shells. To maintain a cohesive design, each seat shell is wrapped in the same Henna leather used on the main seats, and black stitching accentuates the contours of the seats for added detail.
The rear seats are designed in the Gen IV style, with a unique construction where the headrests are not integrated into the seat but are instead attached to the rear bulkhead using Velcro. Each rear seat features horizontal seams across the back and base inserts, providing both comfort and style.
Elegant Flooring and Protective Mats
For the flooring, we installed Diva Carpet with black binding along the edges, matching the sleek black theme of the interior. This high-quality carpet adds both style and durability to the cabin, contributing to the overall luxury feel.
To protect the floor and provide added functionality, heel mats made from durable black coin matting were fitted for the pilots. These mats not only ensure easy cleaning but also provide extra durability in high-traffic areas.
