This project involved the refurbishment of the interior of an AS355 helicopter, where we supplied new seating, carpet floor coverings, and other interior trim elements, including luggage linings. The client imported two AS355 helicopters from France, both of which were refurbished with a matching interior style.

Seat Upholstery: The standout feature of this interior is the bold color contrast created by the choice of brown nappa leather (ADI-4104) for the seat covers. The rich brown leather contrasts beautifully with the light grey cabin colors, making it an eye-catching focal point. The seat covers are stitched with matching brown stitching for a seamless finish.

Seat Design: The helicopter seats follow the Generation III design. This includes both the front bucket seats and the rear high-back seats. The seat inserts on the backrest and bottom areas were perforated using the SP1 perforation pattern, adding texture and a functional element to the design. Decorative stitching adds depth to the seat styling, creating a more sophisticated look.

Floor Coverings: The carpet in the aircraft is from Genflor, in the Peat (WN-120) color, which is a deep, dark brown. The carpet edges are bound with black mesh to provide durability, while the door sills are designed to capture the carpet along the two doors. The luggage area was also lined with the same Peat carpet, ensuring consistency throughout the interior.
