Bell 206 Helicopter – Custom Interior Upgrade for Panama Client
THE PROJECT
Generation Global supplied crew and passenger seat cushions and covers, control boots, and carpets for a Bell 206 Helicopter. These parts were purchased through Generation Global’s online store and shipped directly to the client in Panama. All parts came with EASA design certification and an EASA Form 1 Release Certificate, which was also translated to FAA certification.
THE GALLERY
The Pax seating supplied for this Bell 206 was the frame-less (Generation I) design, upholstered in premium Ancient Grey (ADI-1151) aviation leather. The seat backrests and bottom faces feature quilted diamond pattern (SA001) inserts, stitched with Titanium Grey (ADI-1231) thread for a contrasting touch.
For the flooring, we provided a plush nylon pile carpet in Zimmer (WN120), complete with Velcro floor attachments for ease of installation. The Cyclic and Collective boots were meticulously crafted from black aviation leather, adding a sleek finish to the interior.

Our client, based in Panama, is a respected figure in the aviation industry. Located in a region central to global transport, Panama's strategic importance, particularly due to the Panama Canal attracts significant investment. This client plays a key role in ensuring the region’s aviation operations are of the highest standard.
