This project involved the refurbishment of a Bell 206 Jet Ranger helicopter for a New Zealand client, featuring a customized interior. Many parts were sourced from the Generation Global website, with bespoke modifications to create a luxurious and functional flying space.

The helicopter was equipped with two crew seats, each featuring mounted headrests and adjustable lumbar support for added comfort.

The three rear passenger seats were designed with the Generation II frame seats and fitted with dress covers. These seats were supplied complete with new covers and cushions.

Seat Covers: Made from lead grey leather (ADI-1111), the covers feature SP1 perforation in the center inserts, with black thread stitching and decorative seams to enhance the design.

The interior is distinguished by a deep buttoning design, found in the door inserts and ceiling insert panels, creating a rich, textured look.

The flooring in the helicopter is made from heavy-duty vinyl flooring in Genflor graphite, providing durability and a modern, sleek look. The flooring is finished with matching mesh binding around the edges.

All plastic trim in the aircraft was wrapped in matte black vinyl, ensuring a uniform and elegant finish.
