Bell 206 Jetranger Interior Refurbishment Project
The Project:
In this project, the team at Generation Global worked on refurbishing and upgrading the interior of a Bell 206 Jetranger owned by a maintenance organization. The project included refurbishing or replacing essential elements such as seating, door inserts, carpets, and more. The stock parts used in this project are available for purchase directly through our website, with some customized pieces tailored to the client's specifications.

Seating:
The helicopter features Generation I seating, which reuses the OEM seat frames. We upgraded the seating with white leather (ADI-1021) covers, which were stitched with red double stitching for a bold contrast. The center inserts were made with perforated leather (HP-01) for enhanced breathability. The Bell logo was embroidered onto each seat backrest using red and black thread, adding a custom touch to the design. Additionally, every seatbelt was rewebbed with new black webbing to ensure safety and longevity. -
Door Inserts:
The door insert panels were crafted using white leather (ADI-1021) with matching red stitching. Each panel features horizontal, double-stitched lines and a pocket for added functionality. We also supplied a custom crew organizer pocket and a new broom-cupboard panel for improved storage and organization. -
Floor Coverings:
The floor coverings were made from Genflor Zimmer carpet (WN-120) in a dark grey color, which was then finished with black mesh binding on the edges for durability and a clean finish. This flooring ensures both comfort and practicality. -
Control Boots:
For the control boots, the standard black leather was replaced with white leather to match the rest of the interior's theme. This customization added a cohesive, stylish look to the cabin.
