Bell 206L Long Ranger Interior Project

Project Overview
For this project, Generation Global manufactured new seat covers, cushions, door panels, and carpets for a Bell 206L Long Ranger. The interior was ordered from Generation Global’s online shop, and the parts were delivered with free shipping to the client in British Columbia, Canada. Our Bell 206 interior parts are now available for purchase on our online shop.

Interior Features and Design
The Long Ranger interior includes two crew seats and forward and aft-facing rear pax seats. All seats were Generation I style with frame-less design. The seat upholstery was crafted from Lead Grey (ADI-1111) aviation leather, complemented by Titanium (ADI-1231) inserts. The seats feature decorative stitching and the Bell logo embossed in the upper backrest for added detail.

The floor coverings are made from Zimmer (WN-120) cut-pile carpet, with the edges finished with matching mesh binding. These floor coverings are secured in place using the Velcro attachments provided in the kit. The interior kit was specifically designed for a Long Ranger model that does not have an interior plastic trim kit.

The door inserts were also crafted from Lead Grey leather (ADI-1111) and Titanium Grey (ADI-1231) with double stitching to match the rest of the upholstery, creating a cohesive and stylish interior.
