Bell 206L LongRanger Interior Upgrade – Custom Upholstery & Cabin Trim
This Bell 206L LongRanger interior refurbishment project was completed by Generation Global and included a full overhaul of the Generation II framed seating, custom cabin trim, and floor coverings. The upgraded interior features a striking black and charcoal theme with vibrant orange accents, combining durability with luxury.
Helicopter Upholstery & Seat Covers

The new aviation seat upholstery was crafted using charcoal grey leather (ADI-1121) paired with black suede inserts, offering both comfort and sophistication.

Each headrest was finished in black suede with the client’s logo embroidered in orange and white, providing a personalized, professional touch.

The seat inserts were detailed with double diamond quilted stitching in bright orange thread, which was also used for all external seams, including the headrests.

Protective canvas overcovers in black with orange stitching were also provided to preserve the leather when operating in utility conditions.

The flooring was manufactured from durable black city carpet, with additional sections included to cover areas beneath the seats.

Control boots were finished in black leather with orange stitching to match the rest of the cabin’s detailing.

The ceiling inserts and door panels were crafted to echo the seat design, featuring black suede and matching orange diamond stitching.

Additional details such as the door pull handles, console, and center pillar were wrapped in suede with orange stitching to ensure a cohesive, high-end interior look.
