Bell 505 Interior Upgrade for Client in Poland
For this project, Generation Global provided key interior parts for a Bell 505 operator in Poland, enhancing the functionality and comfort of the aircraft. The Bell 505 is known for its minimalist factory interior, which often lacks essential flooring and interior linings. Generation Global's interior kit was designed to address this gap, providing a complete upgrade.

Carpet Set: The carpet set was crafted from aviation-grade nylon cut pile carpet (WN-120, Zimmer), ensuring durability and comfort. The carpet edges were finished with a matching mesh binding tape to add a clean, professional look.

Headlining & Bulkhead Kit: The headlining and bulkhead panels were made from aviation foam backing and covered with modern knitted polyester fabric (HL-104). This combination offers a durable yet sleek finish, improving both the appearance and acoustic qualities of the interior.

Certification: All parts supplied for this project were accompanied by the EASA Form 1 Release Certificate, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality for the helicopter’s upgrade.
Client Details:
The client was a private helicopter owner based in Duchnów, Poland. The Bell 505 Jet Ranger X, a light helicopter developed by Bell Helicopter and Bell Textron Canada, offers versatility and performance, and is often compared to the Robinson Helicopter R66 in terms of market positioning. This $1 million helicopter was unveiled at the 2013 Paris Airshow and became available in Poland in 2015.
Generation Global has developed a custom interior kit for the Bell 505, similar to the options available for the Robinson R66, giving owners the opportunity to complete their helicopter’s interior with stylish and functional parts. All parts were easily accessible via Generation Global’s online shop.
