BO105 Helicopter – Custom Interior Upgrade for Air Ambulance Operator
THE PROJECT
Generation Global was engaged to supply a full interior upgrade for a Messerschmitt-Bölkow-Blohm BO105 helicopter, including replacement seat covers, seat shell covers, control boots, and durable vinyl flooring. All BO105 interior parts featured in this project are available now via our online shop.
THE GALLERY
The crew and passenger seat covers were crafted using premium Charcoal Grey aviation leather (ADI-1121), featuring SP1 perforation on the seat insert panels for added breathability and comfort. A bold contrasting red double stitching lines the outer seams, complementing the embroidered BO-105 logo prominently displayed on the seat backs.
The front seat shell covers were also wrapped in matching leather and fitted with integrated rear storage pockets for added functionality. To unify the interior, the rear bulkhead was wrapped in the same leather and detailed with the helicopter registration embroidered in red.
Control boots were manufactured from black skived leather, chosen for its softness and flexibility, and feature zip and dome closures for easy maintenance access. The flooring was finished in a heavy-duty charcoal vinyl, offering both durability and a clean, professional look ideal for emergency response applications.

The client is a leading air ambulance operator based in Norway, one of two providers servicing the region's demanding medical transport needs. The BO105 platform, known for its agility and reliability, continues to be a top choice in emergency medical service (EMS) fleets around the world. This upgraded interior supports the high-performance standards required in critical care aviation.
