In this project, Generation Global was tasked with designing, manufacturing, and installing replacement seat covers and cushions for a dual-class cabin configuration. The seat dress covers included backrests, bottoms, and headrests, all crafted in custom colours to support the airline's branding. These parts were supplied with FAA design approval, ensuring compliance with the highest industry standards.

The seat dress covers were made from E-leather, a high-quality engineered leather product made from recycled leather and stamped grain. This material choice was specified by the airline and incorporated into the certification process. The E-leather was laminated onto a 6mm trim foam layer during manufacturing, ensuring a crease-free look once the covers were installed. The combination of sustainability and premium materials offers a luxurious and long-lasting solution for cabin interiors.
