Cessna U206F Stationair – Full Interior Refurbishment
The Project
Generation Global undertook a complete interior refurbishment for the Cessna U206F Stationair, which involved extensive upgrades across multiple components. The refurbishment covered the seat upholstery, seat frames, floor coverings, control yokes, door jams, glareshield, and various miscellaneous trim parts.
The aircraft was flown to Generation Global’s Nelson facility, where the overhaul was completed and certified under our Part 145 Maintenance Approval.

Seats:
The seats were fully stripped down to the frames and repainted. Once the frames were refurbished, they were fitted with new slings, foam cushioning, and high-quality aviation leather seat covers in Charcoal Grey (ADI-1121).
The seat coverings featured blue piping along the outer seams and down the centre insert, enhancing the overall aesthetic. -
Floor Coverings:
We selected a durable heavy-duty nylon carpet (Zimmer), complementing the charcoal grey leather upholstery.
The carpet was meticulously bound with mesh binding, and alloy heel mats were installed below the foot pedals for added durability. -
Control Yokes:
The control yokes were refinished with a sleek high-gloss finish, and the centre cover was wrapped in leather to match the interior's sophisticated theme.
This overhaul has transformed the interior into a refreshed and stylish environment, elevating the overall flight experience while maintaining functionality and durability.
