Diamond DA42 Interior Refurbishment – Premium Leather & Custom Floor Kit

Generation Global supplied a full interior kit for a Diamond DA42 to a client based in the United States. The kit included new seat upholstery, trim upholstery for cabin panels, and floor coverings, all available via the Generation Global online store.

The seat upholstery package covered both the two front crew seats and the split backrest rear bench seat. All seat covers were manufactured in Chestnut leather (ADI-4121) with SP-1 perforated leather inserts to provide added breathability and comfort. Stitching was completed using a light beige thread, complementing the overall cabin color scheme.
For the interior trim, Generation Global provided pre-cut and stitched leather pieces specifically designed to wrap around the cabin sidewalls, door panels, and overhead ceiling panels. This trim set was manufactured from Rye Beige leather, again matched with light beige stitching for a seamless and elegant look throughout the cabin.
The flooring solution included custom-cut carpet pieces in a warm-toned Spice carpet, which blends brown tones with subtle specks of white and grey. The carpet edges were finished with brown mesh binding for a polished appearance. Special vent covers were also included, featuring leather panels with mesh openings to maintain airflow without sacrificing aesthetics.
