EC130 Helicopter Interior Upholstery – Custom White Leather Seats & Stylish Black Detailing by Generation Global

For this project, Generation Global was tasked with supplying and installing custom interior upholstery for an EC130 helicopter. The comprehensive upholstery kit included brand new seat covers, carpets, rear firewall, and ceiling inserts—all tailored to enhance the overall interior aesthetics and comfort of the aircraft.

Elegant White Leather Seats with Black Stitching
The seats in this EC130 were designed with a sophisticated white leather finish, complemented by black stitching to provide a high-contrast, elegant look. This style choice not only ensures a clean, modern aesthetic but also provides durability and comfort for long flights.
The seats were outfitted with quilted inserts featuring a diamond pattern, providing additional texture and visual interest. The inserts were also perforated to improve breathability, ensuring optimal comfort for the passengers, even during extended flight times.
The 159 Series Sicma seats in the front of the helicopter were paired with Generation IV bench seats in the rear, similar to those found in the AS350 helicopter, making for a uniform and functional seating arrangement.
Durable Black Leather for Rear Bulkhead and Ceiling Inserts
To complete the sophisticated look, we wrapped the rear bulkhead and ceiling inserts in black leather. The black leather adds a refined touch, while the rear bulkhead was upholstered with a durable backing material designed to withstand the rigors of daily helicopter use. Similarly, the side wall parts—positioned between the firewall and sliding doors—were also finished with this tough material for both aesthetic consistency and practical durability.
High-Quality Floor Coverings
For the flooring, we installed Black City carpet, which was cut to fit the specific dimensions of the EC130's floor layout. The carpet was bound with a matching overclocking thread for a polished, professional appearance. The floor coverings were divided into three sections: one in the rear and two in the front of the helicopter, ensuring a seamless and custom-fit design.
