This project involved the refurbishment of an Airbus EC130 helicopter for a client in France. Generation Global manufactured and supplied a range of interior parts including seat covers, seat cushions, carpets, over mats, ceiling inserts, and control boots. The seating in the helicopter consists of Sicma 159 series seats, with 3 seats in the front and 4 seats in the rear. All seats were refurbished with new TSO C127 seat cushions and leather dress covers.

The seat covers are crafted in a stylish two-tone design, featuring charcoal grey leather (ADI-1121) and black leather (ADI-1091) inserts. The center inserts are adorned with curved honey grid quilting in matching black thread for a textured finish.

The floor coverings include a Genflor Zimmer carpet (WN-120) set, with black binding and heel mats for additional durability. The carpet set is fixed to the airframe, and custom adjustments were made for the helicopter’s specific floor layout.

Additional trim parts such as sidewall and door inserts, rear armrests, and the oval insert panel in the ceiling were supplied in matching black leather with coordinated stitching.

The cyclic and collective control boots were made from supple black leather for a polished and cohesive look.
