Generation Global supplied aftermarket seat covers for an Eurocopter EC145 helicopter to an OEM support partner based in Kazakhstan. These parts were delivered with full EASA certification, including both a Part 21J design approval and an EASA Form 1 airworthiness certificate.

The replacement seat covers were designed as one-piece units, replicating the original OEM design. They integrate seamlessly with the seat harness shoulder belt retractors, which are housed within the upper backrest. The covers feature precision slits to allow the belts to pass through without obstruction, maintaining both functionality and safety.
The material used was high-quality aviation leather in Titanium Grey (ADI-1231FR). The stitching was colour-matched to the leather for a clean and professional appearance, with double stitching along the outer seams to provide durability and aesthetic enhancement.

Based in Kazakhstan, the client is a certified Airbus Helicopters partner offering maintenance and pilot training services across the region. Their services support multiple government agencies including the Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Emergency Situations, Ministry of Health, and Ministry of Environment. The organisation is uniquely equipped to offer pilot training in Russian, serving a wide network across the post-Soviet states. Their facilities include a cutting-edge FNPT III helicopter flight simulator, ensuring top-tier training for operators of Airbus Helicopters.
