This project involved enhancing an AS350 helicopter that already had a Generation Global interior by adding new floor coverings, installing new ceiling inserts, and fitting a rear bulkhead kit.

Utility vinyl flooring was selected for its durability and waterproof properties, with a raised penny-shaped grip surface in black.

The floor design was cut from digital patterns using a CNC laser cutter, ensuring precise, straight lines. Adjustments were made to accommodate the aftermarket dual seat.

The flooring was installed and secured with door sill plates, ensuring a tight and clean finish.

Ceiling and Rear Bulkhead:

The ceiling panels and rear bulkhead were crafted from closed-cell foam and covered in charcoal grey synthetic leather.

These panels not only improve the aesthetic appeal but also help with noise absorption during flight, enhancing passenger comfort.

Plastic Linings:

The plastic cabin interior parts (including door panels, ceiling liner, seat frame, and instrument panel) were painted in matt black to blend seamlessly with the rest of the cabin.

The instrument panel received new placards, ensuring all controls were clearly labeled and professionally presented.
