Project Overview: Flight Attendant Seat Covers for ATR 72-500
The Project
Generation Global was tasked with supplying flight attendant (FA) seat covers for the ATR 72-500 aircraft. The seats were installed on an international aircraft leasing company’s fleet, and the two-part dress covers were shipped directly to the airline's maintenance center for installation.

The ATR 72-500 features Zodiac Seats in the flight attendant areas. These seats are designed to fold back against the bulkhead, maximizing cabin space and ensuring efficient storage. Two FA seats are strategically placed in the cabin: one near the front, accessible from the cockpit, and the other located at the rear, folding into the rear galley when the main cabin door is closed.
Generation Global manufactured the 537-Series FA seat covers from Royal Blue leather (ADI 2031). The seat cover design includes:

The design is minimalist and functional, with thin cushions and no lumbar support or shaping for comfort. This is to ensure that the seats are space-efficient when stored away in the folded position.
The Client
The client is an international aircraft leasing company based in the Republic of Ireland. They operate a mixed fleet that includes both freight aircraft for scheduled European routes and passenger aircraft for charter flights and wet-lease agreements with various airlines.
In this case, the ATR 72-500 aircraft was being retired from the airline’s fleet, and Generation Global supplied the flight attendant seat covers to be installed by the airline’s maintenance center before the aircraft was returned to service.
