Gippsaero GA8 – Seating and Carpet Refurbishment
The Project
For this project, Generation Global's team was tasked with upgrading the seating and carpets of a Gippsaero GA8 for an aircraft maintenance organization preparing the aircraft for sale. Our team provided a complete interior refresh, ensuring the aircraft was in pristine condition for its new owner.

Seating Upgrade

Seat Covers: The crew and passenger seats were reupholstered with charcoal grey leather (ADI-1121), which was perforated with our SP1 perforation for added style and comfort.

Each seat was fitted with new foam cushions, specifically manufactured using Genlite high comfort foam, ensuring the best possible seating experience.

The upper seatback of each seat featured an embossed Gippsaero GA8 logo, adding a branded touch to the refurbishment.
Carpet Replacement

A full set of Zimmer carpet (WN-120) was supplied to the aircraft. The carpet was carefully fitted with velcro attachments on the back and edges, which were finished with mesh binding for durability and a seamless look.
Result
This refurbishment gave the Gippsaero GA8 a fresh, modern appearance while ensuring the highest standards of comfort and durability for both crew and passengers. The stylish charcoal leather seating, combined with the high-quality Zimmer carpet, helped elevate the aircraft's interior for its eventual sale.
