GA8 Airvan Interior Supply – OEM Project
The Project
Generation Global is proud to be both the OEM and aftermarket interior supplier for the GA8 Airvan, manufactured by Mahindra Aerospace in Victoria, Australia. This single-engine utility aircraft accommodates up to eight occupants, including the pilot, and is known for its versatility in commercial and tourism operations.
This particular project involved the supply of seat covers and utility flooring for a brand-new GA8 Airvan, tailored to meet the specific requirements of the aircraft operator. All components were manufactured under Generation Global’s NZCAA STC design approval and are available to order via our GA8 Interior Kit on the online shop.

Seat Covers
The seat upholstery was manufactured from premium aviation leather in Charcoal Grey (ADI-1121FR), with Titanium Grey (ADI-1231FR) insert panels. All stitching was colour-matched for a clean, cohesive finish that blends seamlessly into the aircraft’s professional interior aesthetic. -
Utility Flooring
The flooring was produced using Genflor MW-200 in Graphite, a resilient vinyl material designed for durability and performance. This flooring features a coin-stamp texture that offers both a modern appearance and enhanced grip underfoot—perfect for high-use environments. The flooring was neatly edged where required with a matching binding strip.
