This project involved supplying new interiors for a fleet of Indonesian Government MBB BO 105 helicopters. The comprehensive refurbishment included seat covers, interior bulkhead linings, floor coverings, and additional detailing to enhance the overall cabin environment.

The seating was upholstered in luxurious royal blue leather (ADI-2031), with perforated inserts in a unique SP-005 perforation design, enhancing both comfort and aesthetics.

The seat upholstery featured a 4-line quilting pattern (SA019) with charcoal grey stitching, creating a sleek, professional finish.

Crew seat structures were also upholstered, with the back of the frame wrapped in a leather panel and a mesh pocket with an elasticated top for added functionality.

The flooring was fitted with heavy-duty vinyl penny mat flooring in graphite, along with black mesh binding for durability. Additionally, a plush red carpet over mat was provided for VIP occupants.

The rear bulkhead was wrapped in royal blue leather (ADI-2031) with the client’s logo embroidered in full color at the center for a personalized touch.

Replacement gust lock covers and pedal boots were supplied in black leather, with the gust locks featuring the appropriate placards for safety and compliance.
