A Big Transformation for This Rocket Interior

When the owner purchased this homebuilt Rocket aircraft, he knew the interior wasn't quite right. While the aircraft's sporty performance and bold exterior design turned heads, the cabin lacked the same level of refinement.

Using the existing interior as a starting point, our team carefully reverse-engineered each component before manufacturing a completely new interior. The goal was to create a cabin that complemented the aircraft's clean lines and performance-focused character while delivering a more modern, cohesive appearance.

The seats were upholstered in Lead Grey leather and featured diamond quilting stitched in Titanium Grey thread. Matching Titanium Grey stitching was carried through the outer seams, creating subtle contrast throughout the cabin. The armrests, interior linings, and control column boots were all finished in Lead Grey, while Zimmer carpet completed the refreshed look.

Although the Rocket's cabin is relatively compact, the transformation was significant. Thoughtful material selections, refined detailing, and a colour palette chosen to complement the exterior have given the aircraft a fresh new look.

The result is an interior that feels modern, purposeful, and perfectly suited to this unique aircraft.
