What Is GENCYCLE+?
GENCYCLE+ is a closed-loop upcycling program that transforms end-of-life aircraft seat covers and cushions into high-performance recycled seat cushion products. Instead of sending used materials to landfill, they are collected, processed, and remanufactured into new aircraft interior components ready for service.
The Process

End-of-life interior materials are collected during refurbishment.

Materials are returned through our take-back program.

Components are shredded and processed.

Seat covers and cushions are converted into fibre.

The fibre is transformed into composite padding.

New products are manufactured.
