Project Overview.
Client: Alliance Airlines AU (Ex-Copa Airlines aircraft)
Scope: Interior upgrade including dress covers and cushions for both J Class and Y Class
Challenge: Reverse engineering old covers and ensuring perfect fit
Our Approach.
We began by meticulously reverse engineering the old covers and cushions. Our team then created prototypes and fitted them to the seats to ensure a perfect fit before proceeding with full-scale production and installation. This process not only ensured precision but also minimized downtime for the aircraft.
Prototyping Process.
Our prototyping process involved several key steps:
Assessment: We carefully assessed the existing interior components to understand their design and fit.
Reverse Engineering: Using advanced techniques, we reverse engineered the old covers to create accurate prototypes.
Fitting: The prototypes were then fitted to the seats to check for any adjustments needed.
Finalization: Once the prototypes were perfected, we moved on to full-scale production and installation.
