THE PROJECT

The floor covering material is a heavy-duty cream flecked vinyl flooring which has been edged with a matching mesh binding. The material was a custom request from the client. Vinyl floor parts are cut out using a computer CNC laser cutter which ensures the parts are cut perfectly and the edge is also seared.
The seat slings were manufactured from a nylon-based mesh which has eyelets around the perimeter, allowing the sling to be laced onto the seat frame with a heavy-duty cord. The edge of the mesh is bound with a 20mm polyester binding.
THE CLIENT
The client is a light aircraft and helicopter operator located in New Mexico. Additionally, they have a number of locations including Southern Chile, Mexico and Alaska. They operate a wide range of aircraft ranging from Cessna Citation Jets to Bell 407 helicopters.
