Airbus AS350 Helicopter Interior Refurbishment
This project involved a full interior refurbishment of an Airbus AS350 Helicopter. The work was carried out at the New Zealand facility and included the fitting of new seat covers, cushions, carpets, and a headlining kit.
Seat Covers and Cushions

Front Seats: The front seats were fitted with the Sicma 198 series seats, retaining the original cushions and adding new dress covers for a fresh, sleek appearance.

Aft Pax Seating: The rear passenger seating was upgraded with H125 design highback seats, complete with new cushions and dress covers.
The seat covers were crafted from black leather (ADI-1091) and featured large perforated leather bands running vertically from top to bottom. Horizontal double stitching in matching black thread was used to finish the look, adding sophistication to the design.
Bulkhead and Ceiling

The aft bulkhead panel was wrapped in the same black synthetic leather, as were the six ceiling panels, creating a seamless, cohesive aesthetic throughout the cabin.
Flooring

The floor coverings used were Genflor black city carpet (WN-120), with edges finished with black mesh binding. To ensure durability, vinyl mats were stitched onto the carpet, preventing excessive wear. The flooring was securely fitted and fastened under the sill plates.
