Piper PA-28R-200 Interior Revitalisation for Aviation Syndicate
The Project
This project involved the revitalisation of the interior for a Piper PA-28R-200 aircraft, specifically designed for an aviation syndicate. The aircraft features multiple seating configurations, with this model consisting of two crew seats and a rear bench seat. The refurbishment included new seat upholstery, a headlining assembly, sidewall panels, carpets, and refurbished control yokes. All PA-28 series interior parts are available on Generation Globalβs online shop.

-
The seats were completely rebuilt from the frame up, including new slings, foam cushioning, and dress covers.
-
The dress covers were crafted from charcoal grey (ADI-1121) aviation leather, accented with matching stitching.
-
The seat backrests featured an embossed Piper logo on the two crew front seats. Additionally, all seats had perforated (SP-1) panels in both the bottom and backrest panels for added comfort and style.
-
The control yoke hand grips were wrapped in perforated leather and hand-stitched for a custom, luxurious finish.
-
The interior side trims and carpets were carefully chosen to create a sense of spaciousness in the cabin:
-
Upper panels incorporated light colours, while lower panels and floor areas featured darker tones, accentuating the room's airy feel.
-
Floor coverings consisted of a dark Charcoal (Zimmer) plush nylon carpet with black mesh binding for a sleek, contemporary look.
-
The headlining was crafted in a light-coloured fabric (FO2), with plastics colour-matched to the headlining, creating a seamless and harmonious design.
-
Side trims were split between synthetic leather on the upper sections and carpet on the lower sections, providing a clean and modern look throughout the cabin.
