PA-44 Piper Seminole – Interior Refurbishment Kit

The Project

Generation Global was proud to supply a complete interior refurbishment kit for a PA-44 Piper Seminole. The kit included:

  • Seat dress covers and cushions

  • Sidewall linings

  • Suspended headlining

  • Floor coverings

  • Additional components such as door draught excluders and armrests

All parts for this project are available via the Generation Global online shop, and each component was produced using aviation-grade materials to ensure safety, durability, and comfort.

Gallery – A Seamless Blend of Precision and Comfort

This Piper Seminole’s interior received a comprehensive makeover, showcasing precision-manufactured components and refined design choices throughout.

  • Flooring
    Crafted from plush cut pile Ash grey aviation carpet, the floor coverings were laser-cut using CNC technology. This process ensures:

    • Exact pattern matching

    • Sealed, fray-resistant edges

    • Clean, professional lines

    Matching mesh binding finished the edges, and protective mats were added around high-wear areas, such as the foot controls.

  • Sidewall Panels
    The new sidewall linings featured:

    • Fresh plastic backing panels, fully wrapped in custom upholstery

    • Lower sections in Ash carpet for durability

    • Upper sections upholstered in Lead Grey (ADI-1111) aviation leather

    • Original moulded plastic top trims were retained to maintain structural fit

  • Seating
    All seats followed the Piper NG seat design, consistent across the Piper aircraft range. Key features:

    • Upholstered in Charcoal (ADI-1121) aviation leather

    • Perforated center inserts to enhance breathability

    • Embossed Piper logo heat-stamped into each seatback for a branded, professional finish

  • Headlining
    The suspended headlining was manufactured from Geneva Light Grey (HL-110) synthetic leather, selected for its smooth grain and soft visual tone. Longitudinal seams provided a structured look, and once again, CNC cutting ensured a perfect fit.

From the seats to the ceiling, every detail in this PA-44 interior was carefully considered and precisely crafted. Whether you're refreshing a flight school fleet or restoring a private aircraft, Generation Global’s kits are designed for ease of installation, global certification, and timeless aviation style.
