The seat dress covers were crafted from Charcoal Grey (ADI-1121FR) aviation leather, known for its durability and aesthetic appeal. To maintain their shape, the covers were laminated with trim foam. The stitching was done using matching thread, and the covers feature double stitching around the outer borders for enhanced strength and design.
The seat cushions are made from a specialist aviation-grade polyurethane foam that is graphite-impregnated for optimal durability. These cushions are CNC cut according to the seat design and feature multiple foam densities, ensuring maximum passenger comfort during flights.
