THE PROJECT
This project involved Generation Global supplying replacement Pax seat covers and cushions for Beech 1900D aircraft. The seats are PTC series seats and comprise of bottom and backrest cushions and bottom, backrest and rear pocket dress covers. The seat dress covers were manufactured in Charcoal Grey (ADI-1121FR) aviation leather and laminated to trim foam to ensure that they hold their shape. The seat covers are stitched with a matching thread and are complete with the double stitching around the outside borders.
The seat cushions are manufactured from a specialist aviation grade graphite impregnated Polyurethane foam which is computer CNC cut to the seat design. The seat cushions comprise of multiple densities of foam to ensure passenger comfort.
THE CLIENT
This client is a Canadian operator who is located in Calgary, Alberta. From here they operate a large fleet of aircraft for both charter and medical operations in the region. The client also offers aircraft maintenance and management service for private aircraft owners. The operators fleet includes a range of aircraft from a Gulfstream G650ER down to the Beech King Air aircraft.
