THE PROJECT

This Piper PA-38 (Tomahawk) interior project involved supply of new seat covers and cushions for the two bucket seats. The seats were shipped to Generation Global’s New Zealand facility to be stripped down, frames painted, and new upholstery fitted. The seats were manufactured using aviation leather colour Titanium Grey (ADI-1231). The stitching used a contrasting colour to highlight the decorative stitching lines. The seats have a rear pocket which was enlarged on the request of the client. The rear seat pocket is used to store a range of equipment and documentation associated with flight training.
