Piper PA34 Seneca – Complete Interior Refurbishment
The Project
This project saw Generation Global supply a fully customized interior kit for a Piper PA34 Seneca, transforming the cabin into a refined and comfortable space. The refurbishment included seating, sidewall linings, carpets, headlining, and other soft furnishings, all selected to create a clean, contemporary look with timeless appeal. These interior parts are available in kit form via our online shop for other Piper Seneca owners.
Interior Features & Materials
Seating

Lead Grey leather was selected for all seats, with matching tone-on-tone stitching for a minimalist, unified appearance

Each seat was fitted with new foam cushions and diaphragms, restoring them to a like-new level of comfort and support

Design: Sleek and streamlined – a simplified style with no visible embellishments, enhancing the interior’s modern aesthetic
Flooring

Fitted with Genflor Ash Grey carpet for a soft, professional finish underfoot

Carpet edges were bound in matching mesh for a seamless look, with durable heel mats installed in high-wear zones for the pilot and co-pilot
Sidewall Linings

Trim panels were wrapped in Lead Grey microfibre leather, chosen for its supple texture and durability

A double stitch line runs horizontally along each panel, providing subtle detail and a clean, structured feel

Wall-mounted armrests upholstered in padded lead grey leather

The rear seat center console was also finished in matching microfibre leather to maintain a cohesive cabin look

Headlining & Upper Cabin

Headlining installed using white vinyl, creating visual contrast and significantly enhancing the sense of space within the cabin

All upper plastics were repainted to match the white vinyl, contributing to a crisp, bright upper section throughout the aircraft
Curtains

Fitted with Zepel Convoy fabric in Snow, these curtains provide both function and refinement

Window tracks were inset into the surrounds, allowing curtains to draw smoothly from either side
Result
The completed interior delivers a striking balance of rich textures and clean, light-filled space. The dark lower tones create grounding and luxury, while the white upper cabin treatments open the space visually, offering passengers a serene and premium in-flight experience. This Seneca now enjoys a cohesive, modern aesthetic while maintaining durability and ease of maintenance, thanks to carefully selected materials and expert installation by Generation Global.
