Robinson R44 Helicopter – Interior Kit for Resale Enhancement
THE PROJECT
Generation Global supplied a complete interior kit for a Robinson R44 Helicopter to a client in Queensland, Australia. This kit included new seat covers and cushions, crash rail covers, aftermarket door inserts, new carpets, and a full headlining assembly. The parts are certified with an EASA Form 1 Release Certificate. All these components are available for purchase through Generation Global’s online shop.
THE GALLERY
The seating design follows our Generation II style, featuring Dark Red (ADI-3021) aviation leather with flat centre inserts and double stitching in matching red. Both the crash rail cover and door inserts were also crafted in Dark Red leather, ensuring a cohesive and stylish aesthetic.
The headlining and bulkhead panels were made with black fabric (HL-109), providing an elegant contrast to the vibrant red of the seats. The headlining also includes optional cut-outs to accommodate the handholds and air conditioning features. To complete the interior, the carpet set was crafted in a dark cut-pile carpet (Black City), with cut-outs for heaters on both sides.
THE CLIENT
Based in Queensland, Australia, the client is a prominent helicopter trader, specializing in light Robinson helicopters. They are a regular customer of Generation Global, frequently upgrading interiors to increase resale value, a standard practice among helicopter traders to attract buyers with high-quality, well-maintained aircraft interiors.
