Interior Refresh for Bell 206 Jet Ranger by Generation Global
Project Overview
At Generation Global, we are committed to helping our clients meet their aircraft interior needs, even when the installations are carried out by others. For this project, our client ordered seating, door inserts, and carpets for their Bell 206 Jet Ranger helicopter, and we were pleased to supply all the necessary components for this upgrade.
Stylish and Functional Seating Design
The seats in this Bell 206 feature the popular Generation I style upholstery and were designed to fit the factory frames. The bold color scheme requested by our client features pearl leather (ADI-4071) for the backing, paired with royal blue leather (ADI-2031) inserts. As a special touch, the backrests of each seat were embossed with the Bell logo, adding a distinctive and branded appearance.
The seat inserts were designed with a breathable perforated leather and a stylish vertical four-line quilting pattern (SA019). The black stitching used for the quilting accentuates the pattern, while the main seat seams were stitched with Royal Blue thread, perfectly matching the inserts.
Custom Door Inserts and Pockets
For the front and rear doors, we provided black leather (ADI-1091) inserts with functional pockets, designed to provide added utility while maintaining a sleek appearance. These inserts were specially shaped to fit the areas beneath the door handles and armrests. To maintain consistency with the seating design, Royal Blue stitching was used on the door inserts, creating a cohesive interior aesthetic throughout the aircraft.
Precise Flooring Kit for Bell 206
The Bell 206 has a sophisticated floorplan with many small parts. We provided a custom carpet kit designed to fit around pillars in the rear cabin and the vertical sections beneath the seat base. The floor coverings were made from Blackcity Genflor (WN-120) material, edged with matching mesh binding, ensuring a seamless and functional finish throughout the helicopter.
