Robinson R44 Helicopter Interior Refurbishment
This Robinson R44 helicopter interior project involved the supply and installation of a new interior, using standard parts available on the Generation Global online shop. The refurbishment included seat upholstery, headlining and bulkhead, door inserts, and floor coverings.

The color scheme for the interior features a mix of darker greys for the seating, door inserts, and carpets, and lighter greys for the headlining and bulkheads. The headlining and bulkheads were wrapped in sea spray vinyl for easier cleaning compared to traditional fabric.

The Generation II seating design is made with charcoal grey leather (ADI-1121), featuring contrasting light silver thread stitching. The R44 logo is embroidered on the seat backs of the four seats, with double stitching around the outer seams for added durability.

Door inserts match the seating, using charcoal grey leather with silver contrasting stitching. A wave design runs across the door inserts, with a convenient pocket on the right-hand door for flight documents.

Floor coverings are made from iron-colored carpet, covering the lower outboard sidewalls and the front faces of the seat pedestals. Composite floor trays are fitted to protect the carpet during heavy-duty use.

A door storage bag for the pilot's right-hand door is included. The bag is made from black durable canvas with a padded inner lining to protect the door when removed, a common practice for spraying or agricultural operations.
