Robinson R44 Interior Upgrade for Client in Elyria, Ohio, USA
For this project, Generation Global supplied a complete interior kit for a Robinson R44 Helicopter. The kit included new seat covers, cushions, crash rail covers, carpets, aftermarket door inserts, collective and cyclic boots, and a full headlining assembly. All parts were provided with EASA Form 1 Release Certificates, ensuring compliance with aviation standards.

Seat Covers and Cushions: The seat covers were designed with Generation II styling and made from high-quality aviation leather. The main color was Navy Blue (ADI-2031), complemented by Royal Blue (ADI-2031) inserts and Titanium Grey (ADI1231) headrest highlights. Decorative Titanium Grey stitching was used to enhance the design, and the R44 Logo was elegantly embroidered in Navy Blue thread, adding a personalized touch to the interior.

Crash Rail Covers: New crash rail covers were supplied, adding an extra layer of safety and comfort for the passengers.

Carpets and Headlining Assembly: The interior also featured custom carpets and a full headlining kit, creating a polished, cohesive look that complements the overall aesthetic of the R44.
