Robinson R66 Helicopter Interior – Custom Upholstery, Headlining, & Floor Coverings

This custom Robinson R66 helicopter interior was completely revamped by the Generation Global team, including new seating upholstery, headlining, bulkhead lining, and floor coverings for both the cabin and baggage compartment. The installation was carried out by Generation Global's expert team to ensure every element was perfectly fitted and of the highest standard.

Custom Helicopter Seating Upholstery

  • The Generation II seats in the R66 helicopter are finished in charcoal grey leather (ADI-1121FR), with a distinct pinch in the center of the inserts for a refined appearance.

  • The seat covers feature matching double stitching along the outer seams, with the R66 logo debossed into the leather, adding a touch of personalization to the interior.

Headlining & Bulkhead Assembly

  • The headlining and bulkhead assembly were wrapped in dove grey vinyl, providing a light, neutral tone to complement the darker shades of the seating and flooring.

  • The panels were securely glued in place, with provisions for air conditioning installation around them, ensuring a clean, functional cabin.

Canvas Overcovers for Seat Protection

  • Canvas overcovers in grey were supplied to protect the seating during storage or utility use, preserving the upholstery’s longevity and appearance.

Aviation Floor Coverings

  • The cabin floor coverings were completed with Genflor MW-200 coin matting in graphite grey, a durable and stylish choice for high-traffic areas, with heel mats included to protect against wear.

  • The flooring features matching grey binding to create a cohesive, polished look.

  • The baggage compartment was lined with durable nylon flooring in New Flint, offering additional protection for both the helicopter structure and any stored luggage.
