Summary: Robinson R66 Helicopter Interior Refurbishment
This project involved the interior refurbishment of a Robinson R66 helicopter for a client. Some interior parts were supplied for the client to install, such as the headlining and carpets, while Generation Global took responsibility for fitting the seat covers to the OEM frames.

The R66 is a five-seater helicopter with composite bases for all the seats.

The new seat covers were crafted from charcoal grey leather (ADI-1121) in the Generation II design. The covers feature flat inserts (as opposed to the traditional pinched design).

Crash Rail Pads: Also made from charcoal grey leather, the crash rail pads provide a padded protective layer wrapping around the rail behind the seats for added safety.

Floor Coverings:

The carpets for the helicopter were made using Genflor Zimmer (WN-120) material, with black binding around the edges, ensuring no exposed edges are caught under the surrounds.

A protective perspex heel mat was added below the pedals to protect the high-wear area.

Interior Lining:

The headlining and rear bulkhead lining were supplied as part of the interior package.

The custom request from the client was accommodated by using two different colors: Geneva black (HL-109) for the bulkhead and Geneva grey (HL-108) for the headlining, offering a sleek contrast.
