The Project: Volta Aviation Sikorsky S76C++ Interior Refurbishment
Generation Global was tasked with refurbishing the interiors of three Sikorsky S76C++ helicopters for Volta Aviation, a luxury boutique transport provider. These custom interiors were shipped to Generation Global’s Nelson facility, where our team meticulously refurbished them before they were shipped back to be installed by the client’s maintenance provider.

Seats: The seats were covered in black leather with SP1 perforated inserts and matching double stitching. This sleek black design adds a bold, luxurious feel to the interior, setting the tone for the whole refurbishment.

Interior Trim Panels: These were covered in contour stretch vinyl, in matte black. This smooth, matte finish enhances the bold look, making the interior feel refined and cohesive.

Carpet: The interior was finished off with black city Westminster carpet, which complements the sophisticated black theme and adds a touch of elegance.
